Terms of Service for Kowroo

1. Definitions

• 1.1. "App"

  Refers to the Kowroo mobile and web application and related services.

• 1.2. "Content"

  Refers to all information, data, and materials available in the App.

• 1.3. "User"

  Refers to any individual or entity using the App.

• 1.4. "Confidential Information"

  Refers to all non-public features, data, and materials related to the App.

2. License and Use

2.1. License Grant:

Kowroo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the App solely for its intended purposes, subject to these Terms.

2.2. Restrictions:

You agree not to:

• • Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App.

• • Reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.

• • Use the App for unlawful purposes, or to exploit it for commercial or third-party use without prior written consent.

• • Provide, sell, lease, or distribute the App or services to any third party.

2.3. No Support Obligations:

Kowroo is not obligated to provide upgrades, updates, bug fixes, or support unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1. Account Security:

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.

3.2. Use of the App:

Users agree to:

• • Use the App in compliance with applicable laws.

• • Prevent unauthorized access to or use of the App.

• • Provide accurate information when creating an account and using the App.

3.3. Content Ownership:

Users retain ownership of any content they submit. However, by submitting content, you grant Kowroo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the App.

4. Confidentiality

4.1. Confidential Information:

All non-public features and materials related to the App are Kowroo's Confidential Information. Users agree not to disclose, share, or misuse such information.

4.2. Return of Confidential Information:

Upon termination of access, Users must delete all copies of the App and associated materials.

5. Acknowledgements and Disclaimers

5.1. Acknowledgements:

The App is provided "as is" and may contain errors. Users acknowledge that no software is error-free and accept the App with its current limitations.

5.2. No Warranties:

Kowroo makes no warranties or guarantees regarding:

• • Fitness for a particular purpose.

• • Virus-free operation.

• • Uninterrupted or error-free services.

5.3. User Responsibility:

Users are responsible for conducting virus scans and implementing security measures when using the App.

6. Limitations of Liability

6.1. Liability Cap:

Kowroo's liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed €1,000 unless otherwise required by law.

6.2. Exclusions:

Kowroo is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including:

• • Loss of profits or revenue.

• • Loss or corruption of data.

• • Service interruptions or delays.

7. Termination

7.1. By Kowroo:

Kowroo may terminate your access to the App for any violation of these Terms.

7.2. By the User:

You may terminate your account by discontinuing use and deleting the App.

7.3. Consequences of Termination:

Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms will immediately cease.

8. Modifications

Kowroo may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

10. Notices

Notices related to these Terms may be sent via email or postal mail to the addresses provided by the Parties. Notices will be deemed received within three business days for postal mail and one business day for email.
